The ILCA (International Business Language Culture Association) is an XJTLU endorsed student association founded in 2016. As the first and biggest international organisation in XJTLU, its main mission is to act as a conducive bridge between the international students and the native community in China. The core philosophy of the ILCA relies on nurturing the student body into global entrepreneurs by enriching their cultural experiences in order to broaden their horizons.

 The ILCA in XJTLU (the head-quarter) is a model company operated by university students, and formed as student club globally branched. The association follows rules and formations of general international corporations including operational process and its system. ILCA aims to help students experience a real business & management in such a proper system. It creates profit through language & cultural business, but it is only to follow business format, not final goal. Rather, it can be said “Meaningful” to experience a monk-business before heading to own career. ILCA is consisted of students in diverse majors such as Business student in HR department, media or communication student in ISC, and accounting or finance student in financial department. All of departments in ILCA should satisfy their expectation as well as reaching each specific achievement through well-managed process. Moreover, ILCA also aims to reach for the real global family formed in student club so that everyone can grab both business experience and meaningful campus life, and feel warm in ILCA.
